Job Descriptions :1. Responsible for the Daily Accounting, Tax, and Administration Paperwork of the Company2. Handle and Record All Transactions including Payment to Supplier and Receipt from Customer3. Bank Reconciliation4. Balance Sheet Reconciliation for All Chart of Account in example Account Receivable, Account Payable and others5. Prepare and Reporting Financial Statements for Cashflow, PL and BS to Management6. Preparing, Submitting and Reporting Tax Reports7. Prepare Payroll Calculations for Operator8. Responsible for the staff benefits administration, including health insurance, leave, and timesheets;9.
Responsible for the documentation of relevant financial transactions
including scanning and maintaining a comprehensive and efficient filling
system;10. Prepare and Reporting PPH21, PPN, PPH23 and others11. Communicate with Goverment in example Bank, Tax Office also Supplier and Customer and others.12. Able to Run and Supervise all Office activities that are back Office and Operational in Company13. Handle Office Administration Work14. Support the Management for Any Reporting when needed
